Shipping policy

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  From time to time, we may offer an item without shipping costs incurred by the buyer, when this occurs, the item will clearly be stated as free shipping and the method of shipping.  Customer is responsible for the cost of all returns, including cost of shipping and materials.  Shipping Costs are not refundable.
